退換貨政策：

台灣境內交易

( 1 ) 七天鑑賞期

Hardwired 商品皆為下單後為您訂製，故不適用七天鑑賞期服務。

( 2 ) 特殊狀況承擔

1. 如商品為瑕疵品，由賣方擔保全權換貨服務予消費者。

2. 若檢修判定人為外力造成，則須由買方負擔維修費用。

台灣本島以外地區或跨境交易

( 1 ) 運費

台灣本島以外地區，包含海外交易，退換貨服務接由買方承擔。

唯，商品有以下情況時，商品退回運費由賣方負擔：

1. 與訂單不符的商品（包含但不限於商品規格、樣式、數量等不符）

2. 商品有缺陷瑕疵 （包含但不限於品質瑕疵、運送過程毀損等）

其他非上述所列情況，商品寄出及退回運費將由買方自行負擔。

( 2 ) 關稅

跨境交易商品通關時，如遇收件地區海關收取稅金，相關稅金與費用應由買方(或收件者)負擔。

Return and Exchange Policy:

Taiwan Domestic Transactions

(1) Seven-Day Inspection Period

Hardwired products are made to order and are therefore not subject to the seven-day inspection period.

(2) Special Circumstances

1. If the product is defective, the seller guarantees full replacement service for the consumer.

2. If the damage is determined to be caused by external force, the buyer shall bear the repair costs.

Outside Taiwan or Cross-Border Transactions

(1) Shipping Costs

For transactions outside Taiwan, including overseas transactions, the buyer shall bear the cost of returns and exchanges. However, the seller shall bear the return shipping costs for goods in the following circumstances:

1. Goods that do not conform to the order (including but not limited to discrepancies in specifications, style, quantity, etc.)

2. Goods that are defective (including but not limited to quality defects, damage during transportation, etc.)

For other circumstances not listed above, the buyer shall bear the shipping costs for both sending and returning the goods.

(2) Customs Duties

If customs duties are levied on cross-border goods during customs clearance, the relevant taxes and fees shall be borne by the buyer (or the recipient).
